online purchase for added security measures. If you have not received your product key and it has been more than
24 hours, use the ‘Request Key’ page located on the main Account page.

from Right Price Software such as the date of your order, order number, order totals, and order status.
Downloads and Product Keys
Your download media is available immediately after the purchase is complete. To access your download, locate the ‘My Downloads’ section of your Account. Choose either the 32-bit or 64-bit download link for the download media. The product keys required to activate your software are available on the “My Product License” section of your Account. Product keys are strings of letters and numbers that are required during the installation setup. Without the product key your software will not function. When you purchase from Right Price Software, your download media and product keys are saved in your Account making them accessible from any browser.
Download and Install Your Software
Download media is available as an .iso file, which in some cases can be installed directly from the computers drive, or
alternatively as a clean install. Not all download media will be available as a direct install due to system requirements.
Clean installs will require a blank DVD or USB thumb drive with a minimum of 4GB, depending on media.
To Download Your Software
1. Login to your Right Price Software Account
2. On the main Account page, select ‘My Downloads’
3. Choose the 32-bit or 64-bit download media
4. Wait for media to finish downloading before exiting
**Do not interrupt download while in process. Stopping download before it has finished will corrupt media causing it to be ineffective.
download has been interrupted, delete corrupt files and start the download process again**
Formatting Media To DVD or USB
Once download media is complete you can mount/burn the .iso file onto a blank DVD or USB using a disk image utility
that can open, burn, mount and extract .iso files.
**We recommend using Microsoft's user friendly Windows USB/DVD Download Tool for formatting media**
Booting OS From DVD or USB (Clean Install)
Knowing how to access your boot settings from your BIOS menu is a critical step to the clean install process.
You’ll need to enter your computers BIOS menu to change your boot priority. By switching your boot priority from your
hard drive to your DVD or USB thumb drive, it will allow the computer to start up with the media we provided for the
Operating System to install.
**We recommend looking at this article for a step-by-step guide on how to access your BIOS and make changes to your computers boot priority.
How to determine whether you need 32-bit or 64-bit software
The difference between the two is the way a CPU handles information. The 64-bit version of Windows handles larger
amounts of RAM more efficiently than the 32-bit system.
