Before returning a product


We work hard at Right Price Software to guarantee our software installations.
If you are having issues with a product, there may be other options before you return it:

• If you’ve purchased a digital download, and need assistance with installation and/or activation, please visit our “Support” section

• If you need additional support with a product purchased from Right Price Software, please contact a live support agent or call us Toll Free

• If you’d like to return your purchase made in the last thirty days without any hassles, you can initiate this yourself by filling out a ‘Return Request’ form



Return and Exchange Policy


Right Price Software return policy is as follows. The return policy is provided in addition to any statutory return rights that you may have under law.
We will accept returns and exchanges for items that meet the return criteria set forth below for 30 days from the date of purchase or download,
as applicable. Exceptions are stated below. We may deny any return or exchange if it fails to meet our return criteria.


Return Criteria

You must include all media and product keys. Failure to include such items may prevent or delay your refund or exchange.
Right Price Software reserves the right to deny any return if it fails to meet the return criteria and conditions.

Right Price Software will not accept the following items for return: (i) items that have been personalized or customized (unless it is defective or has a material or
workmanship flaw), (ii) special order items, if not part of a Right Price Software promotional retail sales offering, (iii) items that have been used, altered or that show
wear or damage, (iv) performed services, (v) clearance items or those marked with a designation such as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable", and (vi) Software that
has been successfully activated using the product key provided by Right Price Software. Please be sure to read the product description carefully before placing
your order to ensure that the item will meet your needs.



Additional Conditions


For eligible downloadable products and subscriptions, we may require you to sign an electronic letter of destruction as condition of your return to
confirm that you have uninstalled and have not made any copies of the product. The product key for these products will be blocked and you will
not be able to install or use the software returned to Right Price Software.

Services

To qualify for return, the service must not have been delivered, performed or consumed by you.



Upgrade Option


If you purchased software from Right Price Software and the software is non-compatible or there are other issues present, the option to upgrade
your software will be available. The Right Price Software sales member will relay underlying terms of any additional costs, etc.



Return Process


To issue a return, fill out the ‘Return Request’ form. Your return will be submitted within 48 hours of being received and you’ll receive a confirmation
email with more details. Please allow two to ten business days for the funds to be issued back in to your account. Returns will be made in the
same method of payment unless you select to exchange the item or get a Right Price Software store credit.
